I have a pending payment since march

Hello, I am Alan from Brazil. I have a pending payment but I never receive any forms or something. I've try to contact someone but didn't have any answer from emails or forms. Can you help me? This is my reference link: https://referworkspace.app.goo.gl/QQ4r

I heard back from the payment team and they let me know you still need to add your bank details so that you can get paid for your referrals. You can refer to these payment instructions to help guide you through the process.
