Introducing new AI to help people thrive in hybrid work

This month Google Workspace rolled out new features that tap into our industry-leading AI to help businesses thrive in a hybrid work world. Our latest innovations are designed to help teams focus on whatโ€™s important, collaborate securely, and enhance human connection across varying devices and locations.

Share these updates with your clients and audiences to make sure they are receiving the most up-to-date information on Google Workspace services.

  • Focus on whatโ€™s important: Google Docs recently introduced automatic summaries which will be rolled out to Google Chat Spaces soon to provide a helpful digest of all that youโ€™ve missed.
    • Later this year, Google Meet will introduce automated meeting transcriptions. Meeting transcriptions can be used to help those who didnโ€™t attend the meeting to stay in the loop or be used as a helpful reference to the discussion at a later time.
  • Collaborate securely: The shift to a hybrid work force comes with new security challenges, this is why Google Workspace is built with a zero-trust approach and comes with enterprise-grade access management, data protection, encryption, and endpoint protections built in. (Zero trust = Context-aware access policies with built-in controls, encryption, and verification enables employee to work from anywhere and eliminates the need for VPNs)

  • Enhance human connection: To make it easier for people to connect and share rich content in Google Meet, weโ€™re delivering enhancements to image, sound, and content sharing capabilities later this year. Soon, Google Meet will introduce portrait restore and portrait light to automatically improve your video quality and simulate studio-quality lighting due to low light, low quality webcams, and poor network connectivity using Googleโ€™s AI.
