I am able to see issue in the referral counts, and after raising the request on support; multiple time I didn't got any response. Can anyone here help me out?
If this is the thing why should be work on the referral?

Could you please share your unique referral link, so we find the inquiry you submitted and respond to you directly over email.
Note: We recently improved the way our referrals were being counted by removing Google Workspace accounts that were cancelled before they reached the 90 days of being a paid customer. With this change to the calculations, you may see a drop in eligible referrals compared to your previous dashboard emails. We will be happy to go over the details with you.
