Issue with Invalid Promotional Code

Hello everyone, and @Carolina-A

On October 15th, I created a new referral for Google Workspace under the Business Starter plan using my referral link: https://referworkspace.app.goo.gl/WgTF.

However, when I attempted to activate the subscription by entering the promotional code, I received the error: “Invalid promotional code.” On the same day, I also contacted support through this link: https://workspace.google.com/intl/it/landing/partners/referral/contact/?source=gafb-referral_program..., but the 1-2 day response window has already passed and I have not received any feedback.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me obtain a valid promotional code so I can complete the activation process.
