New promo codes

I have used my first promo code for the Workspace Referral Program, but I can't get another. I've requested a fresh code in every way possible - the online form, emails, plus generic help forms. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. Does anyone know how to get a new promo code that I can send out to a new colleague?

Thank you @Carolina-A for the help with this. I've received my new codes.

When my referee was attempting to set up a new Workspace account with my code, upon sign up it only presented the Business Plus level as the only option. The code is for the Starter level and the system won't accept if for Business Plus, and they don't want Business Plus.

How can you use the promo code for Starter, when the only option at signup is for Business Plus?

Thank you for reaching out. Your referral link (https://referworkspace.app.goo.gl/Zknq) should display all three Google Workspace plan options, so it's unusual that they're having difficulty selecting the plan they want. 

Please note that our referral program generates promotion codes specifically for the Business Starter and Business Standard plans. They must use the corresponding code during signup to ensure the discount works.

Please let us know if they are still having issues entering the promotion code. And don't hesitate to contact our support team, so we can ensure the referral is linking back to you.
