Payment not received

Hi I signed up for the referral program in 2019 since then, I referred a company with my promo code, they created and paid several users in gsuite now workspace.

But no payment has ever come to me.

I receive emails from the referral program that show the referrals first with the status pending payment, but from one moment to the next they appear as paid and I have never received payment.

On Jun 2/2020 I received an email informing me that due to an error in the processing of the payment form I must resubmit the form and that due to this inconvenience:
"By way of thanks for your patience and continued participation in the G Suite Referral Program, we will double any referral payments you have outstanding that became payable on or before February 28, 2020, up to a maximum of USD 100. These additional duplicate funds will be reflected in your next payment cycle. We thank you for your patience and regret any inconvenience caused."

I performed this process but the payments have never come in.

I have sent at least 5 emails with no response.

I appreciate if you can help me.

Hi @EmprendeBien,

I heard back from the payment team and it seems you don't have a payment profile yet. Look out for an email in the next couple of days with a link to your payment profile where you can provide your bank details. 

Use the payment guide linked within the email with steps on how to add the information that is needed to complete your payment profile. Let me know if you have any issues.

If you complete your payment profile and add your bank information before the 15th of June, you could be paid at the end of this month

Thank you for your prompt response, I have already completed the payment profile, I will keep you posted and will write once the process is successful.
