Referral Payment

Hi, I am waiting on a $150 payment for referral payout. I’ve filled out a form. Added my payment information and have just gotten the runaround. Who can help with this?

I heard back from the support team. It seems that your payment profile had not yet been completed. You still need to add your bank account information.

@Carolina-A yes I have. I have setup my and connected my PayPal. What are your thoughts? I still haven't received any payments.

Hi @Msrach,

From our side we don't see any banking information attached to either one of your payment profiles. Is there a chance that you have a second Google pay account?

Could you please check if you can see a drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner that will allow her to toggle between the profiles.

If that's not the case, please send me a screenshot via "Direct Message" of the Settings page showing which Google pay accounts you have.

To send "Direct" Messages: Click the down arrow next your profile image  on the top right corner of the Community page and clicking Messages

I heard back from the support team. They ask that you click "Add payment method" and add a bank account (we can't pay out via PayPal). We also recommend you remove the PayPal account, as it may cause issues during the payment process.

Hi @Msrach,

Could you please make sure you go to the tab "Subscriptions & services" and add your bank information in the boxes that have the description:

"Paid monthly if the total is at least $0.00 (your payout threshold)" 

Once you provide your information in that section, we can move forward and pay you for your referral bonus

I heard back from the payment team, it all looks good on their end. Thank you for making that update!

You should be paid at the end of May. If you have not been paid by the second week of June, let me know.

HI @Carolina-A  I still have not been paid for my referral payout. I have more referrals to make but this really makes it hard to do so when payouts aren't received for so long. Can you please verify when this payment will be made? Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out about this and bringing this to our attention.

It seems that there was an issue with the payment system when you had the second payment profile. It seems the issues has been fixed on our end and you should get paid at the end of July.

Please reach out again if you don't see a payment in your bank account by the end of the first week of August
