I haven't received payment in well over 12 months. Payment just suddenly stopped. Then, I received an email from Google Workspace stating "our records show that you created your Google pay Profile, but have not yet added your payment details to your account. Please add your payment details as soon as possible to avoid delays in receiving your referral bonus. For additional guidance, please follow these instructions to successfully complete this step. If you have any problems adding your payment details to your profile, please complete this form. We will review the issue and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible."
So, I followed the instructions up until the point of "add payment method" because that option is not available to me. (see screenshots below)...The space the info is to go into is literally not on the screen for me to select.
Next, the email states "If you have any problems adding your payment details to your profile, please complete this form. We will review the issue and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible." I have filled out that form 4 times, provided screenshots of the issue, and I have NEVER heard back from anyone.
What can we do to get this fixed!? There are months of payments that I should have received!

Thanks for the quick reply. The issue here is that it's been over a year and we're not hearing from anyone. We fill out the form and get nothing. So, after a year, you start wondering if anyone is looking into this at all.

We have a record of all your referrals. Even if they are over a year old, we will still pay you for those referrals.
As soon as your payment profile is set up, you will automatically be paid for any future referrals.

The same thing is happening to me. I haven't been paid since last April. I've contacted support numerous times. The few responses I've received have all sent me to different departments that then tell me "it's not my department." My referral link is https://referworkspace.app.goo.gl/R15p

The support team has let me know that they have reviewed your payment profile and you will be getting paid for your eligible referrals next month.
Once your newest and any future referrals have reached 90 days of being a paying Google Workspace customer, you will automatically get paid for those referrals as well.

Hi! I'm having exactly the same issue as above. I have a payment informed in the referral program monthly mail, but I haven't received it (I haven't been paid since last April).
I was registered in the old G Suite referral program and I received 2 payments successfully in the past. After that, I renewed my referral registration with the new Workspace style, but my account doesn't have the required options to register my banking details again and I already tried to contact support with no response.
