Unable to add payment details to receive payments

I haven't received payment in well over 12 months. Payment just suddenly stopped. Then, I received an email from Google Workspace stating "our records show that you created your Google pay Profile, but have not yet added your payment details to your account. Please add your payment details as soon as possible to avoid delays in receiving your referral bonus. For additional guidance, please follow these instructions to successfully complete this step. If you have any problems adding your payment details to your profile, please complete this form. We will review the issue and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible."

So, I followed the instructions up until the point of "add payment method" because that option is not available to me. (see screenshots below)...The space the info is to go into is literally not on the screen for me to select.

Next, the email states "If you have any problems adding your payment details to your profile, please complete this form. We will review the issue and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible." I have filled out that form 4 times, provided screenshots of the issue, and I have NEVER heard back from anyone.

What can we do to get this fixed!? There are months of payments that I should have received!

I also have the same problem. I have written to the form several times and they have not answered me, they only answered me times, but they did not fix the problem either.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried several times to follow the steps you gave me but the method of receipt is not showing up and I have not been able to set up a bank account.

Hi @VinodRawat,

You should have received an email with a payment profile link. Please click that link before it expires and enter your bank information, so that you can get paid for your referral bonus.

I've another concern of changing Account type to Individual, How can I do that?

The payment profiles we generate are for individuals, (they are not business accounts). It would be great if you could share a screenshot of what you are seeing to our contact page. (For your own privacy, please don't share a screenshot with personal information in the Community)
