User vs. Payment amount audit for referral program

 @Carolina-A is there a way to do an audit of the payment that was made for our referral account?  The # of users that we were paid for doesn't seem to match the # of users we have referred.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

If you share your referral link with me I can make sure the support team gets back to you and looks into your referral status.

Please remember: In order for a referral to be 'eligible' the business must be located in one of the 24 countries and must have been a paying Google Workspace customer for at least 90 days.
