I've been getting emails for several years now, saying I referred folks and that payments have been sent but I haven't see any money going anywhere. Where can I see a payments dashboard? Where can I see when and if these payments were actually sent?

I'm in the exact same boat, i've also been sending referrals for years and years, and I've never gotten money or figured out how to get money for referrals to me.. but i still keep trying to give people help signing up for google work spaces as it is now named.

I'm sorry you have had issues getting paid for your referrals.

Have you already reached out to the support team?

If you provide me your referral link, I can have the support team pull up your information and get back to you on your payment status and hopefully get you set up to get paid for your past referrals.

The instructions they had sent don't work for Canada. They sent me different instructions with a link that may be specific to my account.

I just "replied" (forwarded to googleworkspacereferralprogram@google.com) to their e-mail "[RESPONSE REQUESTED]: Google Workspace Referral Program--Please fill out the Payment Form" that I got in November with the note "I just wanted to set it up, but it seems to be locked to USA and we are in Canada." and they got back to me three days later with a way to set it up.

However, if you have already been paid through the new Google Pay account you should be able to follow these steps where you can find your payment receipts:

Log into pay.google.com
Go to Subscriptions & Services Tab
Click Manage
Click View Transactions
Locate desired monthly activity
Click link to view payment receipt

My previous link before that email where Google updated it's program was https://goo.gl/jOPGb9

I was an affiliate prior to 2017. I am trying to find the original email I received when I started the program.

I have not gotten paid for anything ever, although I have received evidence via email saying I have a referral coming.

In an email from Tue, Oct 1, 2019, 7:43 AM, this is what it had on the inside of it (see screenshot). Note that it says I had been paid 2 times but I never was paid.

I have a payment profile, there is nothing on there about my referrals I've made for Google

same boat.. and i see nothing in the 'manage' area other than receipts for google drive.

@elleeyedigital If you have set up your payment profile you would be able to access your payment information on Google Pay

Once I hear back from the support team I can let you know more details on your payment status and when you will get paid for your referrals

I did scroll back and find 1 payment for Aug 1 – 31, 2021. That's it. I have definately referred more than 1 person and have screenshots from emails google sent me as proof. Appreciate your help to resolve Carolina!

Same situation

Since June/2021 I have received the email "Dashboard: Your monthly summary of the Google Workspace Referral Program" informing me that I have 01 referral pending payment

As the text states that "the amount referring to the first indications will be sent after delivery of the payment form and any necessary tax forms" and I have already done all the necessary procedures

I would like to know when I will receive it, because if it takes a while to receive the first indication so, how am I going to continue indicating?

Hola, a mi me pasa lo mismo. Desde hace varios años tengo unas referencias, y me llega el correo de que tengo X dinero pero nunca he conseguido que me lo ingresen.

due to privacy, we can't give out the information on the details of the referrals, only the total number of users. You should be able to see your payment receipt via the instructions mentioned below by going to: pay.google.com
