Welcome to the
Meet industry peers, ask questions, collaborate to find answers, and connect with Googlers who are making the products you use every day.
Our roadmap releases follow the quarter system. The assets are typically released one month after the quarter starts. See below for tentative schedule:
You will be able to view the latest roadmap, whenever you want, on GCC. The roadmap will remain available until the next roadmap replaces it.
The roadmap is available in a PDF and also available in Google Slides.
Do NOT share the roadmap with anyone, as doing so would be a breach of the confidentiality agreement, and you could face legal consequences.
Reach out to your Google Account team to nominate your colleague(s). When your Google Account team has submitted the request, the process for new submissions takes 24-48 hours to complete. You can expect a notification from the community team once the access process is finalized.
You can also request access to the Roadmap via the following form. For more information on the Roadmap, Google Workspace Updates Blog, Release Calendar and more, visit this resource.
As a member of this community, you have the option to receive email updates when new information is posted. To do this you will need to subscribe to the Customer Connect and/or the “Roadmap” Label. You can, however, change your notification preferences via your profile. Please read our article on Subscriptions and Notifications on how to subscribe.
Should you choose to no longer receive email updates, we cannot guarantee that you will be kept up to date. The choice is yours.
There are few possible reasons why you don’t have permission to view the roadmaps:
1- You’re signed in with a Google account that is not authorized for access. If you’re sure you’ve recently visited the Product Roadmap space, it’s possible that Drive is picking up a different Google Account from the corporate ID you use to access the GCC. In this case, sign in to GCC using your company email address via Chrome incognito window to ensure you have a fresh, single login session.
2- You cannot receive Drive files created outside of your domain: if you are in a closed Drive sharing domain, please reach out to gc-customer-community@google.com for assistance.
Yes, we are using Drive to distribute and control access to the roadmap. If you cannot receive files created outside of your domain, reach out to us at gc-customer-community@google.com so we can come up with a solution. Please allow up to five business days for our team to respond to your email.
