Workspace Drive - drive 5TB account but only showing 512GB

I recently opened a workspace account on the Google Workspace Business Plus. On the plan it states I will have 5TB storage but when I go onto drive it says there is on 512GB. My brain is melted trying to work this out. Has anyone any ideas before I c...
