I am looking at the Escalation Rate in "Analytics" of Dialogflow CX. Even the conversations are successfully escalated to live agent, the rate is still 0%.
In the docs it seems there is a flag for identifying whether the conversation is successfully escalated.

But how and where can I set the flag?
do you see in the conversation history any conversation that has been escalated?
