Agent Assist - Generative Knowledge Assist - Autosuggestion Issue

Hello everyone,

Agent Assist - Generative knowledge Assist is not able to auto suggest an answer for some queries, but when the same query is searched manually, able to get answer. Please refer below screenshot.

Also, In some cases if the query is slightly rephrased, then Generative KA autosuggests an answer.

Can anyone explain how to resolve this issue or why it is happening?

Implementation Details:
We have created a datastore agent in vertex AI agent builder and added the datastore agent in Generative knowledge assist while creating a conversation profile. Please refer below screenshot for conversation profile settings.
