CX phone gateway issue for Hindi language

Working on a poc for a client, ours is dialogflow cx voice bot,
telephoney partner : cx phone gateway

We are working with cx phone gateway from past 3 months, it is working fine but somehow suddenly calls are getting dropped for hindi language, checked the quota limit also no issues there
checked creating new agent also still not much luck there.

Any help here would be really appreciate

Here in Dialogflow CX Phone Gateway we have a list of limitations that may be encountered while developing your POC for Dialog CX voice bot.

Try to create an agent in the global region then manage languages by adding Hindi language and complete the flows with respective translations. Assign the CX phone gateway configuration for each language with different numbers. Once you make a call it should get connected and prompt the message in default welcome intent.

One more thing you may also check the box for enabling language auto detection and switching.
