Working on a poc for a client, ours is dialogflow cx voice bot,
telephoney partner : cx phone gateway
We are working with cx phone gateway from past 3 months, it is working fine but somehow suddenly calls are getting dropped for hindi language, checked the quota limit also no issues there
checked creating new agent also still not much luck there.
Any help here would be really appreciate
