Chatbot service in Vertex AI Search and Conversation

Gen AI App Builder has been rebranded to Vertex AI Search and Conversation.

The question is with it's chatbot service:

Is there a specific schema needed to be used with Big Query? The customer has used the site and gcs bucket integrations and is happy with the results but has not been able to get the Big Query integration to produce results. I have tried as well and have not been able to get it to work.

I have created a simple table with a first column named 'question', and the second 'answer', and it works pretty well. Or are you looking for something other than an FAQ ?
