Both Claude 3.5 sonnet version（V1 V2） quotas have been depleted.
We experienced a similar problem about two months ago; requests for increased quotas were denied.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Is this a widespread Vertex issue?
Should we consider migrating to AWS or the official Claude API?
