Cloud Talen Solution - Google::Cloud::InvalidArgumentError for location filter

From 16.12.24 we start to see a lot of errors like - 

`Google:☁️::InvalidArgumentError: 3:Cannot resolve locations: 1) Deutschland`

when the user search in `Deutschland` but if user passing a `Germany` instead it works good, same for the`Köln` and `Koln`. 

Did smth changed on Cloud Talen Solution side, because looks like it worked previously well?

I'm using Rails with 'google-cloud-talent-v4' gem.

It seems that the behavior you've encountered works with country-level only. Upon checking, there are no recent changes or recent outages that could cause this. With this, please try the Cloud Talent Solution Troubleshooter that may help resolve the issue.

In addition, I also suggest to file an issue tracker as this could be a potential bug so our engineering team can check it. Make sure to check the list on what to expect after filing an issue tracker.
