Dialogflow CX Conversation with "Undetermined" Channel

Hi,

In the conversation history, there are a bunch of conversations with "Undetermined" as the channel. And there are something strange too. e.g. The "Turns" are always 1. The "Duration" are always 0m00s and the "Language" is "en-US" instead of "en".

And the conversation content is always just the custom entry event and the chatbot response to it.

These conversations seems not to be valid conversation. Am I right about that? Or are there any reason that would create these conversation records?

You're correct. As indicated in the documentation, conversations labeled "Undetermined" likely lack valid end-user input.

Furthermore, a "Turns" value of 1 and a "Duration" of 0m00 suggest a conversation without genuine interaction, as a proper back-and-forth exchange and a duration of zero seconds are both unrealistic in a real conversation. As for the languagethe system may be using "en-US" because it is specifically configured for US English. "en-US" is a more specific language code than "en".

So you mean if the conversation only have a custom event at the beginning, it is considered as "lacking valid end-user input" ?
