Dialogflow CX Environment Automatically Select the Latest Version

I encountered this weird problem. When I create a new version (v1.0.4), in the Environment I see that the version is automatically switched to v1.0.4. Even after I select v1.0.3 and save it. I still see v1.0.4 after re-open.

This is the first time I encounter this issue and I just don't understand why, especially this issue never happens before.

I suspect the environment is still using the previous version, as I can see the changes only takes effect in test agent, but not in the service.

same thing started happening for me.

1. Restore agent from git branch

2. Create a new version for affected flows

3.  Now automatically that flow are applied to all environments.  

If I then try and revert to a previous version for the flow in a specific environment (via the UI), it shows success but it was not applied.

This also started happening a few days ago but I see no changes in release notes.

I noticed one occurrence today where this above did not happen and it worked as expected.
I also noted as Xavi suggested that this does not actually apply to the environment, although it looks like it.

Latest update on today:
I didn't do anything but the issue does not happen again. Seems like a temporary bug or something.
