Dialogflow CX and voximplant for toll free number integration

I have integrated voximplant toll free number with DF CX. Now when I call the toll free number I just get a beep sound and the call becomes blank. the log in voximplant shows that call is connected and the call time keeps on inccrementing but there is no answer from DF CX voicebot.

The language in DF CX is MR. Has any one en-countered integration problem for languages other than English

I believe India is not on that list. Probably that is the issue.
