It seems the document upload on dialogflow ES Knowledge Base is broken.
I tried using the API as well as manually on the console but it keeps getting timed out.
Have tried across different agents across different accounts. Not reported anywhere, It can't just be broken for me?

Any suggestions on what can be done here? (please don't say move to CX because I can't)

I tried to replicate the behavior you've encountered but I was able to successfully upload my sample document. For CSV file, please make sure that the file you're uploading must have exactly two columns. For upload errors, you may check the Network tab in your browser for any error messages to help troubleshoot the issue.

thanks for the response. I also tried yesterday and the same file worked.
Trust me it was broken before yesterday for all money, I had around 100 failures in last 3-4 days. for genuine and valid files. So someone must have fixed it yesterday. I am just glad that it's working now.
ps I replayed the failed documents yesterday, and all uploaded successfully.
