Document AI stopped working?

Used to return some data with uploaded image but it stopped working now.

Tried with past images and it also return empty now.

Using custom extractor in eu region.

Don't see any service impact from health page tho https://status.cloud.google.com/regional/europe.

Same here. The pretrained foundation v1.4 model is not working, it returns empty extractions without any error or logs that indicates that it does not work on the logging/ health page.
However previously finetuned model based on the foundation v1.4 is working.
Any information on that please ?

This started happening yesterday for me. I found the issue is with Foundation Models v1.4 and v1.5. If you roll back to v1.3 or you have a custom-trained model then things work again. This affects auto-labeling in the Google Cloud UI as well.

After spending hours trying all sorts of thing, I realise I have to set the default model to the one that I actually wanted to use. Custom extractor.

Weird that I didn't need to do that before, but any way, glad it's resolved.
