Error 403 in Vertex Ai Workbench

I am facing an issue where if I click on the "OPEN JUPITER LAB" link on my instance it directs me to a Error 403 page with the text: "403. That’s an error. That’s all we know."

What access am I missing?

Make sure you have the necessary IAM roles and permissions to access the instance and open JupyterLab. Check if the Vertex AI administrator role quickly fixes your problem. You may also follow this documentation.
