Error Report - Permission Issue Accessing Google Cloud Storage Bucket

I need help resolving an issue with my Google Cloud Storage bucket. I created the bucket ("weed-identification-assets") for a machine learning project in the "upbeat-grammar-402610" project. When I try to access assets, I encounter this error:

ServiceException: 401 Anonymous caller does not have storage.buckets.get access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket. Permission 'storage.buckets.get' denied on resource (or it may not exist).
I'm seeking your guidance to fix this permission problem so I can use the bucket for my project. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
