FAQ title and url not displayed in Conversational Messenger response

Hi,

I am struggling with adding a title and url to FAQs. The FAQs are working fine in conversational agents, but when adding a title and url, these are never displayed in the answer as a snippet.

I follwed the instructions as described in cloud.google.com/dialogflow/cx/docs/concept/data-store#faq

Here is what I tried:

  1. I made a csv in the format:  "question","answer","title","url" (case sensitive)
  2. Uploaded the file to a Bucket
  3. Imported as FAQ in a new datastore
  4. Checked the FAQs; I see in the datastore question, answer, title, url in JSON
  5. Tested the FAQs in the simulator
  6. Tested the FAQs on the webpage

The title and url are never shown (in Conversational Agent the setting "Include snippets in Conversational Messenger response payload" is set to 1

I also tried to upload the CSV to BiqQuery and then import to a datastore, but with the same result.

Please advise.
