Hello everyone,
I would like to process YouTube videos using Gemini API, as stated here: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/video-understanding#youtube
There is a bullet there saying that "You can't upload more than 8 hours of YouTube video per day".
This restriction seems to be separate from the general model usage token limitation, as stated here: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/rate-limits
But I can't find any documentation saying how the YouTube cap can be alleviated or increased, since it doesn't look to be a part of a regular process with filling out the quota increase form. In case, the form submission is actually required, should it be YouTube Data API, Gemini API or something else entirely?
So, does anybody know if this 8-hour cap can be increased? Since, of course, it's not enough for any actual production environment.
