Failling test cases - Conversational Agent

I have a Playbook in Conversation Agent, and test cases created through the "Simulator" based on conversations I have tried succesfully, so I supposed the tests cases should pass.

I created an Environment and can find my test cases in FLows > Manage > CI/CD if I select my environment. But the test cases always fails and display 0 tests included...

What's happening here ? How can I make my tests passed ?

Hi @vesran,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Have you tried checking your logs? This might help you identify the exact reason for the failed tests. You might also want to check your environment configuration to ensure that the test cases are correctly assigned to a specific environment and are not mismatched.

If the issue persists, please contact Google Cloud Support. When reaching out, include detailed information and relevant screenshots of the errors you’ve encountered. This will assist them in diagnosing and resolving your issue more efficiently.

I have Cloud Looging enabled for this agent when it was created.

However, nothing shows up in Cloud Logging about execution of test cases. I guess there is something to do with `# tests included` at 0. It looks like there is no way to manually run test cases from Conversational Agents. This agent is based in EU so I can't open it in Dialogflow CX since it does not support this location (yet?).
