Gemini Pro always return same result?

Try Gemini Pro using Go SDK and Vertex AI studio, seems that same prompt always return same result? For example I ask "generate one name"(top-p 1, top-k 40, temperature 0.9), Gemini Pro always return "Aiden". Also tried AI Studio version, that one seems random enough.
