Unable to use Gemini advanced when I login with work account, it says
"Sorry, Gemini Advanced isn't available for you"

I'm having the same issue as BAA below.
I am the administrator for my google workspace. I paid the Gemini Enterprise subscription fee for 2 users. I have Gemini enabled under Apps > Google Workspace > Settings. But, when i sign in to gemini.google.com and go to extensions to add my workspace. I notice that Gemini extensions are grayed out. I'm in Canada. How do I use Gemini for connected with my workspace?
It's the very same for me.
I subscribed two licenses and assigned to a couple of users.
After 36h Gemini is still not active on users' profiles.
I am using my personal account and in the US. I am over 25. It still says that I am not allowed for Gemini Advanced. Could someone please look it up for me?
I justed signed up withing Google Workspace, and now I find that the extensions, which I presume let's you do stuff with Workspace apps, are grayed out. Thanks for your post, but am I supposed to troubleshoot through 7 points including "technical issues"? Not very helpful, sorry.
