Get only handwritten text separation from image

Dear Google Cloud Community,

I am writing to you because I am facing an issue with handwritten separation from an image. I have an image which has both printed and handwritten text and I need to get only handwritten text from the image file.

Is there any way to seprate out handwritten and printed text via cloud vision api ? 

I would appreciate it if you could please look into this matter and let me know what would be the solution for the same.
