How can I get access to Gemini Ultra in Vertex AI or Gemini API?

I tried reaching out to a Google Sales Rep, but all I got was that Google gives access to "Select Developers" and Enterprises.

Is it even possible for a startup to get access to Gemini Ultra? Because it looks like a good alternative to GPT4, but not sure why is it so hard to have access to it.
