I am unable to generate a Google AI Studio API key anymore

I had API keys in the past for existing projects, but now all of them are deleted and I am unable to generale new ones. When I attempt to I receive an error message: "An internal error has occurred". Can anyone help me fix this? I was interested in potentially paying for this and now I cannot use it on my primary account.

The only way to fix it was to just sign in on another google account instance, sign out of that account, sign into my main one, and do it there. It showed my previous API key and everything. It could be an extension so I will do some troubleshooting on me end to see what could be causing it.
