Importing Dialogflow ES Prebuilt Agent Never Completes

Comrades!

I'm using Dialogflow ES. I'm trying to import a "Prebuilt Template" into my test agent - I want to see how what it looks like and how it operates. 

I'd expect this to be instantaneous, and instead I've been waiting about 20 minutes, and it has not yet completed.

1. If this is normal, how long should this take? 
2. If this is not normal, what errors might cause this long delay?

I get that you are having challenges importing your prebuilt agent. Normally, a simple agent should only take a few minutes to get imported but it can be longer with larger and more complex agents, adding in the network connection and Google Cloud server into consideration as well.

On the occasion that you are having an unstable network and during peak hours that the Dialogflow server's resources are nearing exhaustion then it can be a factor for longer import time.

Consider exploring your logs as you might find errors that contribute to the delay, also you can connect with Dialogflow support for better assistance.
