I am currently using the Gemini API key created through the Google Cloud Project. I would like to know if the payment for Gemini charges must be made in cash or if it can be covered using GCP credits.

Could you please provide information on how to pay for Gemini charges using GCP credits?

Gemini API charges are typically billed to your Google Cloud Platform (GCP) project. This means you don't need to make separate cash payments for Gemini API usage.
Any available GCP credits will be used to cover charges before other payment methods.
