Hi everyone!
So I've created a simple agent using a playbook and I want to use one-click telephony so I can phone my agent via Twilio. I've followed the Twilio document on how to allow it to read from my GCP account (https://www.twilio.com/docs/voice/virtual-agent/dialogflow-cx-onboarding#grant-twilio-permissions-to... Specifically this bit here:
.....but for some reason I've keep getting 403 within the IFrame.
I've looked everywhere online and I don't see anyone else who has had this issue so I guess I'm the unlucky guy who has got it lol. Any help would be appreciated as I've pulled my hair out trying to get this to work.
Hello,
I would like to join in; I have the same problem. At first, I received the message 'www.twilio.com refused the connection,' and now I am getting the 403 error. I also followed the instructions and set the permissions, but without success. Additionally, I am also seeing the following error in the integrations: 'Insufficient permissions to read from Google Chat. The caller must be a Workplace user with sufficient IAM permissions to configure the project's Google Chat API.' I have enabled the Dialogflow, Google Chat, and Vertex AI APIs, and I have granted (may be some unnecessary) permissions in IAM. Could the two error messages be related? Actually, I don't really need chat so far, just phone integration with an Playbook Agent.
Thanks
This seems like a bug with Conversational Agents (preview) Dialogflow integration works perfectly.
Hey Joe you don't mind upvoting and commenting on the new ticket I created. I mistakenly thought this was a Dialogflow CX issue. It's clearly a Conversational Agents (preview) issue. Hopefully this get's escalated.
Done
Yes, it worked well in Dialogflow CX. Thank you!
