Speech to Text for Tamil audio file

Hi,

I am trying to convert an audio file to text.

Language: Tamil

Audio type: Phone call

But when  I look at the support documentation for this API the Model="phone call" is not available for this language. Because of this I am getting very low accuracy after the conversion. please let me know this model would be available in the future. And is there any alternate way to achieve this.
