Why is the Negative Intent unusable in Dialogflow CX? It seems like there should be some use for having the agent function in a certain way if this intent is triggered.

I was just confused when I realized you couldn't select 'negative intent' as an actual intent route.

yeah, negative intent is not like any other regular intent
