Background:

  • I am using Google Cloud AI Platform to store vectors for a vector search.
  • The error occurs when I attempt to create an index and an index endpoint and deploy the index.
  • I have only one index and one index endpoint configured.
  • Approximately 9200 vectors are embedded.

    1. What could be the exact cause of this error?
    2. Are there specific limits or configurations that I might have overlooked?
    3. How can I ensure that my project stays within the allowed quotas while still being able to perform my vector search?
