Vertex AI Studio Prompt Management

Hello Community, 

I've been working on a GenAI prompt which has been going well starting small and hoping to build on it. I've tested it through deploying the app works great. However, soon as I navigate away from the prompt page it continues to save continue without saving although I've tried with autosaving and manually saving. The prompt will not save to any project. I've confirmed my permissions, billing is enabled and configured. I cant get any prompts to save. Anyone else having this issue or know what I'm missing?

To solve this kind of behavior, try to apply the possible solutions provided:

• Consider clearing your browser cookies and cache. You might also want to temporarily disable any extensions or test the site in a different browser.
• This could be also related to network limitations, try using another network.
• You need to verify your permissions and the region selected in the studio interface.
• Check your usage to see if you’re hitting any limits in Vertex AI.
• Try saving your prompts using Vertex AI SDK for Python. 
• The system might have a bug causing unexpected behavior. If the issue persists, I suggest filing an issue report so that our Engineering Team can look into it. Before filing, please take note on what to expect when opening an issue.

This is a great list you provided. I realised there seemed to be a significant lag from the creation of a prompt and it showing up in the prompt management. Also I realised the region selection was not persisting. After some time and choosing the region(s) it would finally show up and by the end of the night - each one I tried to save was there!

I think I have the exact same problem. I've been working with AI studio for quiet several months now, and all my chat threads were stored in History. Then two weeks ago, two things happened: 
1) Adding new interactions to an existing thread stored in history does not work, and as soon as I navigate away, I get the latest stored state, without the new additions.

2) New chats work well as long as the conversation is online. As I navigate away it is not saved and not stored in my history. 

This is probably a BUG because when trying the same in other accounts, this behavior is consistent (no save) although it used to work. 
This is very urgent as I at least, have dozens of 300K tokens long conversations with agents that help us manage our code which is now not available.  I will start a new ticket with this description.
