google cloud plataform vertex ai error when trying to use antropic models

I got this error message:

An error occurred while submitting the request. Please check if you have selected a valid GCP project & the Marketplace & Vertex AI API have been enabled for the project

 

i can use llama models or other models in the marketplace without any problem so...
