how to convert spl file to pdf or in jpg or in png format

hey,

so my question is how to convert a .spl file which is in binary formatted to a .pdf file or in .jpg, jpeg, or png format

i am able to convert the .spl file to .pdf file but the content inside the pdf file is not readable showing some garbage values and texts inside the pdf 

 

if anyone now how to convert the .spl file to .pdf or in other image formats but it should be the same as it looks in original in hard copy please share a solutions for this
