preprocess my CSV files and extract custom entities from it.

I want to preprocess my CSV files and extract custom entities from it. 

I am thinking to train custom entity extraction model, and then use that model for my sample CSV files. 

Can anyone guide me through this, if this is the right approach for entity extraction specifically for files present in CSV format.
