Agent builder widget for embedding in web page throws Error:

Problem loading results, please try again.

Page is hosted on google sites with custom domain

Works fine in preview.

There could be a few reasons why you’re encountering “Problem loading results, please try again” in Agent Builder. With this, please check the following that may help:

Verify that the data source you’re using is correctly connected and that permissions are set up correctly.
Check that your search terms or keywords are spelled correctly. You may start with a simple search query then add more complex terms.
Try a different data source: If possible, experiment with a different data source to see if it resolves the issue.

In addition, to confirm if this is related to your browser, please try the following:

Try to check if the issue persists using an incognito window
Use a different supported browser
Disable other programs that might be blocking your connection (e.g. antivirus, proxy, firewall).
Connect using a different network

If none of the troubleshooting steps above resolve the issue, please contact Google Cloud Support. You may share the HAR file generated from your browser logs when the issue occurred to further help with the investigation.

I have the same issue. I followed the instructions, but I couldn't resolve it. Since it's set to Public, the answer should appear, but when I checked via Dev Tools, it shows 'Access Denied.' It seems that I was able to integrate Wedite into the Google Site, but the app sent a request to the API, and it shows 'Access Denied.

Hi jbraun, I know this thread is old, but I am now having this exact same issue. The option to make the widget public is not available any longer, so I am really struggling with a solution. Any knowledge you have learned would be appreciated.
