Looker Studio Pro Issues

I signed up for a free trial of Looker Studio Pro, but I don't seem to be getting the features with it. For example, when trying to schedule email delivery with the "filter by email" option, I don't see that option as the help page suggests, and at the top of the page it says that functionalities are limited because I don't have an active Looker Studio Pro subscription. However, my account shows that I have a free trial. I am the owner and creator of the report I'm trying to schedule.
