Looker can not start because: Unable to unwrap key, invalid key provided.

What is causing this? How to fix? Is my environment bricked?

My understanding is that only sensitive data is encrypted.

If the key is lost, Is there a way purge encrypted data to restore the non sensitive settings?

For those interested, the CMK has not been modified. It seems to be an issue with the Looker data.
