Looker-hosted instance

We had Staging, Pre-prod, Production Looker-hosted instance.

Currently we had 24.10.31.

During automatic upgrade to version Looker 24.12, we might have issue with our software or infrastructure. We also use staggered upgrade (Staging->Pre-prod->Production).  How would the automatically upgrade of the Looker-hosted to HOLD-OFF the automatic upgrade to the higher environment?

Hi Pratik - is your organisation a customer of Looker and have a contract to run Looker on premise? If so, your account team should be able to help you with this.
