Removed Personal Account Holder from GA4 and unable to remove automated reporting from that account

Hi,

Hoping someone has some experience in the following that could assist.

In looker studio we have an automated report thats being sent to the team from a employee that no longer works for us. They were using a personal google account for access and to create that report and has since been removed from GA4 as a user/admin.

This particular report is not shared with anyone else in the team, and we do not have google workspace.

We still receive a weekly report from that previous account that is showing a dataset error because I assume the removal of their GA4 account.

How can we remove the account from looker studio?

Yeah, that's tricky. At this point, it's just a random person emailing you from their personal account - it's not really something you manage anymore.

Things you could try: ask that person to stop emailing you, unsubscribe from the schedule, or filter out the emails in your inbox.
